Hello,

I am using Search&Filter Pro on a page and I’ve made a separate results page with the shortcode. I use the display method ‘Using a shortcode’.

Unfortunately, I keep getting the message ‘No results found’ if I use the filters. Do you know what the problem can be?

Sorry, yes. Fixed. You made it so.

On the Post Meta tab you had set

bg_disable char = equals blank

I have removed this.

I also set to hide empty values.

Great, thank you! It seems to work now.

One last question: which option should I choose if I want to display results on the same page. This page has an example:

I’ve tried multiple options, but I couldn’t find the right one.

The result page url in the settings would need to be the same page as the page you start on (webhosting-vergelijken)

When selecting filters, the layout of the search results is removed. It turns into a layout that doesn’t even exist in our template. Do you know what could be the cause of this?

Yes, it use our custom layout. You put a copy f that into your theme folder then edit the template to make it meet your needs.
