First of all, thanks for such a great plugin. I used the Pro plugin to develop a site a few months ago.
I bought a developer’s license and installed on another site. I can’t get any results using any method. Here’s what I’ve tried:
– shortcodes on page
– shortcodes in template file (archive / page)
– custom post types as well as standard post categories
– turning off all other plugins
– switching to Twenty Seventeen themeI DO get the post count in my select menus, but no results.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
ThanksTrevor(Private) January 24, 2018 at 10:16 am #154357Hi Alison
I can see this error message:
Search & Filter Error: The caching tables are missing – click here to create them
It probably means that your server environment is preventing this. You must manually add them with a database manager tool, such as phpmyadmin, or ARI Adminer (a plugin for WordPress). Please see this post for more details:

Take care if you have a prefix added to the WordPress tables to edit the SQL command to add the same prefix where necessary.
Anonymous(Private) January 24, 2018 at 4:57 pm #154487Brilliant! I ran the queries and rebuilt the cache… worked great. Originally, I migrated the other site I built over to the same environment but those tables were already created, so they migrated.
I really appreciate the quick help and attention. You guys are great.
Thanks you!
