I cannot for the life of me figure out the settings to get results to display.
I’ve read over the guide.
I’ve read over past support issues.
Still I cannot figure out what combination of settings make results appear.
Sometimes I can enter in the exact category into the browser and results appear, but the sidebar search comes up with no results.
If I deactivate the plugin, results appear, but the customers cannot search well without it.
