When I logged in, there was an error message about the tables being missing, and a link to click, I did that, and then re-built the cache. Note that further updates the way you did will no longer delete the tables, forms and settings, as there is now a default (optional to return it to the previous setting) setting NOT to delete things when you deactivate/delete the plugin.
The cache will take some time to re-build. Don’t play with it until about an hour from now.
Anonymous(Private) November 16, 2017 at 2:26 pm #142322It looks like everything is working again, thank you for taking a look and fixing things. I did rebuild the cache twice before asking for help, so I’m scratching my head as to why it worked for you and not for me. Third time’s the charm? Does the cache need to be rebuilt at a time when nothing else is going on with the site?
I dug through every menu I could find and did see the settings change and was glad to see it. I updated us from an older version of the plugin so I had to manually install, and doing so deleted our settings (twice, once when I deactivated the old plugin, a second time when I finally deleted it a month later). So, I was very glad to see the change.
