Hi Trevor / Ross
I am able to get ftp access for you from my hosting provider, but they will open it for the time you specify , hope it will be fine.
Please help me to rectify this issue, its been so long since my website’s main functionality is down.
Trevor(Private) January 11, 2018 at 1:03 pm #151922Hi
To summarise where I think this thread is at.
You have two versions of the site. One is a copy on staging. That copy works fine. Is this true?
On the live site there are no results even though the cache is present (as checked by Ross). So, are the staging site and live site on the same server, and what is different about them (CDN, caching, plugins, etc)?
Anonymous(Private) January 11, 2018 at 1:33 pm #151925You are absolutely correct about it.
Staging & Production was on same config servers (not on same server),
After our last conversation (with Ross) about it on december 8, 2017
What i did is:
1. Downgraded search and filter to 2.3.3 to check whether its a version issue.
2. Wiped out everything and reinstall S&Fpro and recreate formsBut nothing worked and everything is working perfectly on other instances like staging on exact same environment.
Nothing worked
what i can do is i can re create the form with upgraded version or whatever suggestion your are asking to test its issue.
Please let me know about the same.
Trevor(Private) January 11, 2018 at 2:14 pm #151948If the WordPress installs are identical, then the fault is almost certainly at the server level.
You can use a plugin called Server Status (by Littlebizzy) to show the configurations, and/or you may need to print out a full phpinfo() report and compare them line by line.
