Ok, so a couple of things:

On http://www.greekfilmania.com/ – you are displaying results using a shortcode:

http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/docs/display-results/with-a-shortcode/

This means there must be a page with your results shortcode on it, and the results URL must be pointing to this page – details on how to setup correctly are at the above link.

In regards to your other question (where you must manually load js) – there is a section in the FAQs about how to unload CSS/Scripts – so these are what you will be looking for (look for “How do I remove CSS/JS files when I don’t need them?”):

I guess depending on how your theme works you would simply need to enqueue the scripts/css files with the same names, is that what you mean?
