    We need to deactivate our license, and then reactivate it on a staging site so we can test the updates prior to pushing them live.

    Clicking “deactivate site” From Your Account > View Licenses > Manage Sites does nothing. How can we deactivate our license?

    It tends to take a little while to action the request. Can you go back and see if it has now done it for you?
