Hi,
I saw another ticket for multisite cannot update… wasn’t able to get anywhere from what I read there unfortunately.
I have registered kwtglobal.com as the single site license I purchased. The install is a multisite that has kwtglobal.com/toronto , /london, /newyork and just / as the sites. It is not active at the network level but on a sub-site — confusingly the sub-site is kwtglobal.com/.
I can only update from the network admin. I can only register the license from the active sub-site. Network admin says update not available.
