    Thanks for the guidance, enjoyed the chat too – after ticking ‘Hierarchical?’ in each of the taxonomy fields in S&F all seems to work.

    will be running a couple of test based on known info shortly.

    Hi Trevor

    I’ve been trying some searches using the S&F and the results are not always consistent – searching with one field seems to return whats expected but when searching with 2 fields the following page appears with repeated email address displaying (see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/e2l4j7 ) http://www.sasli.org.uk/directory/?sfid=349&_sft_comm_type=trainee-bslenglish-interpreter&_sft_local=aberdeen-city

    any suggestions?

    Took off the ‘auto’ function and works a treat with the search button.

    Very odd. Wait, is ‘Hide Empty’ switched on for all these new taxonomies?

    Yup, ‘Hide empty’ ticked on all – working on the assumption that this should be the case?

    Yep. Auto Count should be ON (both options) also.

    Got all that … as mentioned, it now works a treat, the only thing I did was disable the ‘Auto submit form’ and that made the multiple search return accurate info. :o)
