Multiple Forms Per Page

We had a global search box that was searching multiple post types. Then on specific pages we had a filter form that was allowing us to filter by a custom field like “series” for example. This was all working but then we tweaked the global search and now it’s forcing the results on the custom page to include post types that were not included in it’s settings which is causing weird issues. Is it possible to have multiple search forms per page?

There isn’t a simple answer to that question, as it depends.

Two forms on one page where the results of both forms are on that same page is not currently possible. But that may well change in V3 (due very soon, in weeks). I would need to understand the problem a little better.

You would need to show me the search forms and/or search pages that you have, explain what to search for to see the issue (what should appear, what should not appear).
