Tagged: multiple loops
Hi Ross,
Hope this might be a quick one for you to answer. I want to have 2 filters on one page, but the 2 loops I have are only bringing back one set of results. In simple terms, I have a ‘For Sale’ filter and a ‘For Rent’ filter – both the loops I have set up are showing posts from ‘For Sale’.
I’ve attempted the following, and other work-arounds, but no luck getting both loops to return 2 different sets of results…
<?php echo do_shortcode('[searchandfilter id="68"]'); ?>
<?php if ($sf_form_data->form_id()==68) : while ( $sale_query->have_posts() ) : $sale_query->the_post(); ?>
/* My loop data */
<?php endwhile; endif; wp_reset_postdata(); ?>
I’ve tried looking through old posts, but couldn’t find a solution to this
Cheers
Chris
Hey Chris, sorry about the delay – if you are using “as archive” to display results, then you may only have one query on the page – as it take over the global WP query (of which there can only be one).
However, if you use the “as shortcode” method, you could add multiple results areas to a single page.
Thanks
