    Attempting to add multiple filters to the form. The end result desired is for the only posts that are shown have all of the selected categories.

    Filters I have only partially work, I have history and 1st grade selected but it shows all history posts including ones tagged with 2nd grade.

    Without being able to see the form in the front end, and because you have very few posts, I would suggest an alternative approach. Install a custom fields plugin (like Advanced Custom Fields – it is free), and set up a Field Group for ‘Posts’ and add fields as you need them, with the choices you need to offer. For example, one field for Grade, another field for Topic, and so on.

    It will be much easier to manage and will work better than using Category (which you can use only once in the form anyway).
