I send you an email but you do not respond.
You wrote me before:

In the Posts tab you have the default sort order, by Title – this means it is not sorted by price.

Change this to “Post Meta” and choose the meta key for your price field, then you should get the sorting you want.

If I do that the titles of the products are not good anymore…and yes the prices are from low to high.

I would be greatly appreciated if you can help me with this issue….

Sebastian, as of this moment, there have not been any problems with the plugin – in fact I have spent considerable time identifying issues in your own setup – which it turns out is no fault of this plugin.

The latest request, to have a second sort options (ie sort by two things, first price, then name) is not a feature in the plugin.

I was again, taking some extra time to see if I can figure out a work around, but as you do not have patience for me to give you advice which is beyond the regular support then I will simply say that what you are mentioning is a feature request (to have a second default sort option).

You can try to modify the order of results using pre_get_posts but this is considered a cusotmisation and something you will need to figure out yourself

Yes its not straight forward – but this is not a problem with the plugin – this is an enhancement.

It seems the plugin is working as it should be – its just you want extra features that do not yet exist.

So allow me a few of days and I’ll see if there is any suggestions I can give you.

Right now we have some important updates to work on with the plugin, after I will do some research, and also see if we can add this as a feature to Search & Filter.
