    Best Designs & Code,

I bought this plugin but it does not give the expectations I had.
On the website http://www.parfumprijzenvergelijken.nl you will see that the search results are not correct. I would like my money back $ 75.00 because I can not go further with this plugin.
If you need more information I will wait for your reply.

    Greetings C. van Dalen

    Hi there

Sorry to hear your having troubles.

If you try to explain what is not working we can help resolve your issue – I’m sure it will work in your setup.

Did you follow the steps from here?

    http://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/getting-started/creating-your-first-search-form/

    Thanks

    It’s about the website parfumprijzenvergelijken.nl
It compares prices from several providers that sell perfume.
If I use the search term “Giorgio Armani Si 50ml” appear in search results
also “Giorgio Armani Si 30 ml” or “Si Giorgio Armani Si 10ml” etc.
Sometimes results only with the name Armani.
It is not accurate, and my question is how to fix that?
I follow the manual you send me but without better results.

    Greetings Sebastiaan

    Hi there

It looks like you have another plugin that modifies the query to search for all search terms

Search & Filter works the same as default WP search – which is set to exact matching – not like yours with keyword search.

    Please see the WooCommerce demo:

    http://demo.designsandcode.com/sfpro-woo-mystile/shop/

And then search for “Flying Ninja”:

    http://demo.designsandcode.com/sfpro-woo-mystile/shop/?_sf_s=flying%20ninja&_sfm__price=0+50

You will notice, all the other products with “ninja” do not show – which is the correct behaviour.

I believe you have another plugin or some custom code that is modifying all your searches globally.

Take a look at your default WP search:

    http://parfumprijzenvergelijken.nl/?s=Giorgio+Armani+Si+50ml

Even this is doing keyword search rather than exact match.

    Thanks

    Hello Ross,

    Thanks for your good explanation.
The search results are better..but I have one thing about price low – price high.
With our price comparison, it is important that the product prices start from low to high.
It is set, but unfortunately it does not work. All the products doesn’t start from low to high.
Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you very much,

    Greetings Sebastian

    Hi Sebastian

You can change the default sort order of your results in the Posts tab in the settings box.

Did you try this already? If so, can you send me a screenshot?

    Thanks

    Hello Ross,

I try that and I want to show you my screenshot but can’t upload any file.

    Post status = Published
Default Sort Order = Title / Descending

    Greetings Sebastian
