Hi,
I have imported a set of attributes to my products.
The attribute appears to be working fine in woocommerce (it shows in the admin and shows the number of products each attribute value is assigned to).
I am trying to build a filter on this attribute with a postmeta dropdown, however when choosing from the list ‘meta key’ All my other attributes appear but not the one i have just created and imported.
I’m guessing this is some sort of cache? I have tried rebuilding the cache in S&F however this hasn’t worked?
Please can you help

Attributes can be taxonomies or post meta – usually taxonomies I believe – so take a look at adding a taxonomy field and see if its listed there 🙂
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) March 3, 2016 at 5:30 pm #38626I also have another issue of the No products were found matching your selection.
I have gone completely through the setup Search in the following post types:Products, Display: Woocommerce
But there appears to be a disconnect between the filters and results?
I found a post here that says you can’t have more than 1 WC search form – I only have 1.
I’m not sure what the problem is? http://www.oldfireplaces.co.uk/product-category/view-all-antique-fireplaces/
Ross Moderator(Private) March 4, 2016 at 1:12 am #38672There seems to be an issue with the price slider causing you to get no results.
Can you check this field and make sure you are putting in some sane min/max values manually?
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) March 9, 2016 at 8:28 pm #39100Hey Ryan
I just took a look…
It seems there are a couple of issues
1) I think your meta key for price is incorrect – in woocommerce it is stored as
_price
I believe – you are usingattribute_pa_price
A good way to see if there are any values for meta field is to choose the “post meta” field, choose “choice” select your meta key, and choose “manually update” and then choose the “auto suggest” button.
The auto suggest button will find all the values in your db, if nothing comes up here, then its probably the wrong key.
2) Your ajax is not setup right, after you submit the form, the whole form is reloaded and not just the results, breaking the form.
This is to do iwth your “results container” option, I can see from your site this should be set to
#main
not#content
Hope that helps!
ThanksAnonymous(Private) March 11, 2016 at 12:47 pm #39201Hi Ross,
I also seem to have another issue.
When I am in a category and click one of the filters. Price or period. It filters the whole shop rather than just the current results.
Also you can see the ‘filter by period’ product count, is counting the whole shop rather than current category.
I have put the filter sidebar only on the WC category ‘archive’ which contains only sold product while we correct this problem…
http://www.oldfireplaces.co.uk/product-category/archive/Can you please let me know if this is a setting?
Thanks,
