The meta keys are possibly being added to the WordPress user table (for security), and this we do not index or search, and not the normal Post meta key table.

I’ve not understand, I’m trying to explain better.

As you can see I have chosen the Post Meta field and set a metakey; in the screenshot is “ambito”.

Using WordPress User Fronted I have created a list of item in “ambito”, so there is a long list that is not fully displayed in the form page created via shortcode.
I have also created a clone of “ambito” but is not visible in the list of metakey in the post meta field.

Ah, we cannot show all the items in your input list automatically, because they don’t exist in the WordPress Post Meta table, which is where we get them from.

Instead, you will need to make the field list manually.

But that is how to add Manual Values. That way you can all of your list values.
