    Hi Sjoerd

    We are thinking that this must be a (javascript) conflict somewhere in your site. However, as your site appears to be live, messing with it from our end is not an option.

    It is a question of deactivating things to see if the issue goes away. First, try deactivating plugins (as many or all – except S&F – as you can at once).

    Then, do you have any custom code/javascript, and if so, can that can be disabled?

    Finally, has anything custom been done to the theme, is it possible to test with a standard WP theme like twentyfifteen?
