    Hi there. I have deleted by mistake some files of the plugin. I want to download it again what I have purchased but can’t find download link in my account.
    Can you help me please?

    Hi Javier

    There is no possibility to download files if you don’t have an active account.

    We don’t keep the old versions, so from your account will always be the latest version.

    PS – if you have any backups of your sites, you could probably get the old version from there.

    Hi Javier

    I understand what you are saying, but we do not keep copies of files for the version you did purchase.

    We do not offer to host the file you bought from us for an unlimited time – however, you were free to download it within a year of purchasing and keep that copy as long as you needed.

    The new version requires an active license.
