Ahhh Paul I cracked it!

It is indeed a “bug” in our plugin.

Well the problem is, you are using a hierarchical taxonomy, but you didn’t set the field to hierarchical (in S&F)…

This was interfering with the way we generate the URLs… to be honest S&F should handle this scenario better, but for now, enabling hierarchical fixed the URL issue.

Let me know how that looks for you and we can move on the the next things.

Thanks for all your help with getting this plugin working on my site. Glad you were able to “crack” it.

Thank you also for pointing out the php errors. Unfortunately, a lot of this is getting beyond my very limited php / wordpress / edd knowledge and it is hard to find someone consistent to help with the site. Do you do any freelance work? Would you be willing to troubleshoot some of these errors?

Yes! You have my go ahead if you need to download content to recreate the issue. Please delete that content once you are done with it.

I’ll take a look at the filter results now and let you know if I have any issues.

Hi Paul

Unfortunately we do not offer any customisation work.

At some point in the near future, we are considering adding a list of recommended devs/suppliers we would recommend to carry out customisation work, but we haven’t made a start on that so unfortunately can not offer any contacts.

We will of course try to do as much as we can within the remit of support but some things as you mentioned are a little out of scope.
