    Hi.

    I put the key inside the field in Search & Filter License.
    After that I try to update to 1.4.0. But nothing happens.

    Hi Viajar

    I prefer to fix the problems that may be happening than having to manually send out downloads so lets try to do that first.

    Can you provide the following:

    1) What domain are you trying to update on?
    2) What is your current version
    3) Can you deactivate and then activate your license again?
    4) Can you be more specific with what happens when you try to update?
