I just took up the renewal offer and paid using Paypal. I then tried updating the plugin in a client’s site but it was not authorized. When checking my account dashboard it tells me that the license has expired and I’d need to renew it? Would you mind correcting this situation, so I can update my client? Thanks!
Note that it takes maybe 15 minutes for our server to update any changes in your account records.
Can you check again in Your Account to make sure that the license is now renewed? If it is not, please let me know.
