    Hello I purchased the Search and Filter Pro plug in a while ago, I´m trying to resolve some troubleshoots by updating my current version, but the update won´t appear, I read that I spould try activatind my licence key but as as submit it, it does not appear to be doing anything…

    could you help me out with this?

    Hey Gerardo

    It sounds like you might have activated the license on your dev site, and then moved to you live site?

    It would show as active, as that was what was saved in the DB before going live, although your license is likely tied to your old domain.

    To manage this yourself and dereigster your inactive site, head to Your Account -> view licenses -> manage sites

    One more question how can we order the search results so they appear from ascending to descending order,

    Hello Ross thanks for your answer,

    I found what you mentioned “post” tab, an created a sort options field and it works fine, but is there a way to set it as the default search option? because right now it only works if we select it mannually

    Hello Ross, I successfully installed the new update 1.4.3, but I have a concern, in the previous version I was able to select the option to search by parent products and variable, I dont know if you deleted this feauture because I am not able to find it.

    I attach an image of what I´m saying…

    It is in the “general” tab – “settings” has become “settings & defaults” – nothing has been deleted.
