    Hi, is there any way the html that’s outputted in the search result excerpt cam be styled, it seems to be getting stripped of all tags.

    Hey Ben

    I think this is the whole point of the excerpt, to trim it down and in doing so remove the HTML markup:

    I think in this case you might want the_content() instead?
