Hi,
Since I installed Search and Filter pro plugin on my site, one of the most important feature of my theme (pagelines DMS 2) has deaseapered : all my page templates edited with my theme have deseapeared (means are not avaible in my page template list).
Also all the pages linked to my page templates are now empties (all content have been removed).
Is it an issue on which you can help me?Since the problem appeared, I’ve removed the plugin (unfortunatly) but my page template issue is still here.
The error displayed are :
Notice: Undefined index: name in /home/prochaingj/www/wp-content/themes/dms/dms/editor/editor.templates.php
Notice: Undefined index: desc in /home/prochaingj/www/wp-content/themes/dms/dms/editor/editor.templates.phpThx!

I think it may “appear” like S&F has reset all these settings (as installing S&F was one of the changes you have made to your site), but S&F does not have the ability to do these kinds of things – its just not programmed in there.
To test this theory – remove S&F, create a page template in your theme – then re-install S&F… I believe this template will still be there and that S&F is not responsible for removing them.
Thanks
Anonymous(Private) May 20, 2015 at 6:05 pm #17938Hi,
Thank you for your answer. I’ve done few tests and each time I turn on S&F plugin I encounter the same issues :
1/ my template design changes (see screenshot below):
Template editor without the plugin : http://www.prochaine-escale.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/dms1.png
Template editor with the plugin : http://www.prochaine-escale.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/dms2.png2/ some of my template features are blocked. For example, when the pluguin is activated I can’t publish the changes I’ve done on my page (using my template editor).
For now the plugin is deactivated but I would really need to active it. Can you help me identify what’s wrong? I already contacted Pageline support who told me the problem is caused by the plugin.
Thx.

Sure I can help.
What would be useful is a testing environment – can you set one up somewhere so that I may debug and make changes to the site?
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) June 9, 2015 at 1:49 am #19126Hi Renaud
Apologies, we are busy working on S&F 2.0 as this is way behind schedule – so less critical issues have been pushed back slightly.
I’m also hoping the revised & refactored codebase might also play nicer with the theme.
I must say though, this is the only occasion this error has come up, so I would likely think that issue here is the theme is doing something non standard – after all, the errors being thrown are from the theme and not the plugin.
Once 2.0 is released we can test it and if still not working I will look into this further to try to determine the cause of the error.
Thanks
