Ah. Once you have set the taxonomies up, you do not link the terms, instead simply create them on their own. When you use them in a post, our plugin sees this and ‘links’ them. So, if, in a Post, you select ‘Health & Fitness’ and then ‘Health’, if you have the form set up correctly, in the front end, when a user selects Health & Fitness, the other field would filter itself and show Health (at least, depending on what you save in other posts).
To set this up in the form, in the General Setting tab, set Auto Count
(both settings) to ON
And then in the Form UI:
In each field set Hide Empty
set to ON
