Hello, I’m having trouble with the plugin. I installed the plugin and get the current error:

[20-Apr-2015 21:09:10 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1293611 bytes) in /home/pcdnetwork/public_html/wp-content/plugins/search-filter-pro/public/includes/class-search-filter-author-walker.php on line 136

Also, the site is to slow and can’t work anymore on the site.

I hope you solve my problem as soon as you can.

    Best regards!

    Hey Mariano

S&F should not interfere with the rest of your site, it should only be slow on the search pages because thats when the search queries kick in…

Complex queries can sometimes lead to high memory usage and timeout like above. Can you please answer the following:

    1) Can you confirm page site speeds are normal on “non Search & Filter pages” ? If your site has slowed down then this may be the cause of the issues you are having.

    2) If it is only the S&F pages that are slower then can you provide me a link to take a look at?

    Thanks

The whole site is normal when the plugin is deactived, but when I active it all is slow. You can take a look: http://pcdnetwork.org

Now I’m implementing the search in this page: http://pcdnetwork.org/blogs/ as you can see the search is not working.

    Thanks in advance!

Would you be able to supply login details so I can take a look?

    Thanks

Is there any chance of setting up a dev site so we can fix this without interrupting your regular users?

    Hi Mariano

I tried taking a look but there will be no way to debug what is going on without disrupting your existing users…

Can you create a copy of the site somewhere so that I can further try to trace the issue?

    Thanks
