I see there is some posts about using GMW plugin with S&FP.

I would like to use S&FP to filter the search results of Geo My WordPress.

Is there any info on how to integrate the two/wp_query?

I would also like to add some of the GMW fields like city, state, zip as a filter to S&FP.

    Hi

If GeoMyWP stores the field in the standard WordPress postmeta table, that data will be searchable.

If it does not, and in the data is in a different/custom table, then S&F will not index that data.

In general, we are looking at how we can incorporate geo location searches into Search and Filter, hopefully for the next major version (V3), which we are currently working on, or maybe as an extension for that version.

The fields are written to a custom table.

    What about this? https://www.designsandcode.com/documentation/search-filter-pro/search-results/custom/

That is the Custom display results method. It is not connected to the caching system and where S&F looks for data.

Wondering if there is an update on this at all? Would love to see City/State geo location in S&F

This is still on our radar as we work towards V3, but I cannot give a firm release date, but it will be some months yet.

Hi Trevor I’d also really like this – is there any further info on ETA?
    Thanks
