    Looking at your site, you do not appear to be using our Divi Extension? I wonder if this is the problem. You can find it for download (if you are logged in) at the top of this guide page:

    https://searchandfilter.com/documentation/3rd-party/divi/

    Note, I have installed it for you, but you need to follow that guide to get it working, which will involve some changes to the form, and you will need to make a search/results page, and put the FULL URL of that page in to the settings of the form.
