    Hello guys, I would like to know if I can deactivate the auto populate for number input, I just want to allow user put a value to search, by default when you load the page all inputs already has a value. Can I turn it off?

    Sometimes I also got an error (Please enter a valid value, The 2 nearest valid are ‘number’ and ‘numbe’), but the numbers that I’m trying to put are valid number.

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

    There is no way that I know of to remove those placeholders, at least in the UI. But, it might be possible using a PHP filter in the functions.php file, but that might well ALWAYS remove the values, even if a user entered some.

    So you can raise this as a feature request for V3.

    We do intend that V3 will have an improved UI and user experience for range fields, but for now any changes to the behaviour that you see are not possible.

    Your last question seems to be about Sort Order options, but we have a field already for this (in the Form UI), which can use Post Meta (Meta Key) as the source.
