I have a form at https://tedia.com/products/ that is searching one custom post type and has Relevanssi enabled.
Every time a search is performed on this form it counts as two searches for Relvanssi’s User Searches.
Is there anything I can do to stop these inflated stats?
There is not, sorry. Text searches are passed on to the WordPress search function (in your case this is intercepted by Relevanssi and it does the search) and the list of Post IDs is passed into Search & Filter, which then further applies filters (as specified by the user) to give a final set of Post IDs. As these happen within milliseconds of each other, you would need to find some way to record the time and discount multiple searches that occur within a certain time period.
