    Agreed. That’s why a colleague of mine wrote a plugin called WonderLoops. It uses VC, but extends it to give you an alternative grid builder that directly supports taxonomies and custom fields and PHP code elements (DIY support for stuff like EDD). Trouble is, it only works with one theme, and that is not the one you are using 🙁

    But, I do know that it is VC that is interfering. I tried it on another site of mine and had the same issue 🙁
