    The filter is working sort of. Select New Hampshire.

    It should have one result. But the pagination isn’t working right.

    On my test page, it shows one result.

    So, I know the search filter itself is likely working.

    I presume the deactivation test of the plugins did not fix it? I wish to get the test page I made working first, then we can move forwards.

    You would have to switch theme, and then use CPT UI plugin to make the post type. As long as the slug name is the same, it will find the posts.
