I am not sure what the reason is for that script, I have not done anything with it, so I assumed it was the plugin adding it in.
I’ve copied the example template over and added the corresponding classes (below) into the setup but it still doesn’t work.
.search-filter-results-list
.search-filter-results-itemNot sure what I am doing wrong here, maybe it just isn’t compatible with Divi and it is as simple as that.
Has anyone implemented a “Load more” button that works with Divi as a workaround? I don’t really want to show all the posts there OR abandon using this plugin because it is excellent and does almost everything I need, except infinite scroll.
Many thanks
Ben
Anonymous(Private) January 12, 2021 at 5:30 pm #272567Thanks for the reply Ross.
That is good it is working after a filter/search. Once step forward!
Would it be possible for me to switch it over to my actual design first and we can trouble shoot for that?
I tried to take it back to standard to test with so I knew it wasn’t something I’d done wrong.
Sure, I’ll disable things now, there aren’t too many plugins on there.
Anonymous(Private) January 12, 2021 at 5:43 pm #272575Got it working on my custom template now (with that plugin disabled) so we know it is just a conflict between your plugin and that one. It is ready for you to take a look if you can although I understand that conflicts like this aren’t really your problem to solve.
Ross Moderator(Private) January 12, 2021 at 5:59 pm #272581Hey Ben
Glad you found that issue…
I suspect that the plugin is doing something with global window events and removing our listener somehow.
I’m not 100% on that but it would be my guess.
I also usually see something like this when two copies of jquery are loaded on a site (our events not working).
If you want to get in touch with them to see if they are interested in resolving this – if so, I’d be happy to jump in on the conversation to give my perspective in hope we can make some progress.
That being said, something like this is never usually quickly resolved.
Best
