    In Example 1, it is likely that either the repeating posts are sticky posts, or the sort order is random.

    In Example 2 this can happen with random sort order.

    Yes it would. The cache would have to be rebuilt each time you did that.

    Under normal WordPress usage, the cache gets re-built for each individual post, when any changes are made to that post in the WordPress editor.

    In the plugin, if you make a Form UI change to the form, the cache gets re-built.

    Also, you can optionally do this in the form.

    As you are, removing all posts and re-importing, you will need to open the form in the admin, and run the Cache Re-build.
