Incorporate 3rd Party API

Hi there,

We are using Search & Filter Pro (on the draft of a site we are launching a in a few weeks) to display summer camps. We would like to pull from the ActiveWorks Camp & Class Manager (CCM) API (which is pretty thorough) to display in each listing how many slots are empty/full for that camp. Do you know how we might get started doing this? Is it something I can self-teach myself like working with javascript or is it well beyond my capacity to just throw together this simple feature?

If it is in the results your are talking about, in each post, then that would need to be coded in to the PHP template being used for the results page. Which file that is depends on the Display Results Method you are using in the form. It could be a theme template (custom or standard coding), a plugin template, or a template based on our plugins default results.php file.

Whichever it is, would depend on ease, but I suspect that you would need a third party coder even for the easiest of these alternatives.
