Illegal Offset Type on search of "max"

Strange things happening whenever we search for “max” on our general search bar with your(awesome) plugin. Here is the warning:

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/comedydy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-sidebars/inc/class-custom-sidebars-replacer.php on line 69

This does not happen with any other word, and does it happen with ‘min’?
