    Hi Wasim

Did you read our refund policy? (its on the FAQs and checkout page)

If you have problems getting plugins to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds without trying to identify/fix this issue first.

Fortunately, I’m here to help you get setup, so if you want to describe any problems you are having maybe I can talk you through them?

S&F works with any theme 🙂

    Thanks
    Ross

I was looking for a filter that should work for my woocommerce website.

I need a price range slider, Category Checkbox, Product Brand Checkbox and a product Tag checkbox in my filter.

What I found in your filter is you do not have filter for category specific adoption, that means if my user comes one some category then he/she should be able to select one category or multiple categories at a time and then one products might have multiple brands or tags so the user should be able to perform multiple selection with specific categories.

Also the filter should be adoptive that means if a user selects a parent category then he should have only sub categories visible of that parent category in it’s sidebar.

For a perfect example I am looking for a filter like one that you can try on following URL:

    http://www.darveys.com/men/clothing.html

All this is possible Wasim – you just need to add “taxonomy” fields for product categories and product tags.

Price range slider is a post meta field.

Inside the taxonomy fields there is an option include children which I think is what you mean like the adoptive above.

    Thanks

I tried all these options on my demo site: http://filter.graphix4designers.com

I think you did not get my requirements properly.

I showed you an example of a website: http://www.darveys.com/men/clothing.html

In the above example link website what is happening when I go to any specific category then the filter changes according to the products feeding performed in that category.

When configured your filter I went to category called Mens but I still see some of my other parent categories, which I do not want to be visible.

I need category specific filter where if I am accessing a parent category called clothing then I should only be able to see the subcategories, brands, and price range of Clothing category.

Let me know if it is possible…

    Hi Wasim

    I see what you mean.

Well, normally we only guarantee features that are on the features list and on the demo – http://demo.designsandcode.com/sfpro-movie-reviews/

However, I have added this feature you require to S&F 2.0 (ready for release very soon) – I can send you an advance copy which should do what you need?

It will be later tonight / early tomorrow.

    Thanks
