I purchased the Search and Filter Pro to filter my exercise videos that are downloaded through Gmedia Gallery and although I’ve created categories and tags, when I create a new search form, none of the categories and tags I created appear. Can you help me with this?
Thanks

Do you have a live URL where I can see the form in action?
Anonymous(Private) July 9, 2016 at 5:05 pm #50670Hi there
I have a few screenshots on where the issue is at hand. First, I have a page which is called “Videos” where I have placed Gmedia Gallery videos on them. With your “search and filter pro” I wanted to be able to sort and categorise them. When I set up a new search form, one of the taxonomy options it gives me is to filter my gmedia gallery and posts by category and tags, which I set up. But when I tried to add the gmedia gallery taxonomy, it says I have no categories set up, which I clearly have. Can you send me an email to which I can send you the screenshots?
