How to use meta_key

Hi,

I was wondering how I can order the result of the filter on meta_key/custom field key? With a normal wordpress loop it’s possible with ‘meta_key’.
So I have a datepicker for past and future events (ACF field). And the results of the filter has to be ordered on the date of the event. (ordered from 2022 to 2015)

I looked in the support topics and on this link: http://docs.designsandcode.com/search-filter/#options
but I couldn’t find the answer.

You can set results order on the Posts settings tab of the form setup. You can select a meta key. But, be warned. If you sort by meta key, if any post does not have a value in this key, the post will disappear from the results.
