Forums › Forums › Search & Filter Pro › How to reset filter on the Empty results page?
If I search for something that do not exist in my catalog, presently on the ‘nothing found’ page I get just the titles for all my taxonomies (since the filter is configured for dynamic recount). Wondering if this could be overridden to automatically reset the filter on the empty results page? The same way it resets on the individual post pages? Thanks!
I am not sure that is easily possible. However, what you could do is use one of our filters to reset the query, after first checking that the post count is 0, but then what you would get is the user not seeing that there were no results and instead seeing all posts.
I do not think that would be desirable. I think the current WordPress standard, to ask the user to start again (or in this case to press the Reset button), is the only option.
