    Hey there – I’m not sure why you would think I would ban your IP – I did not! – can you try again? Maybe its a server error.

    You cannot remove “all categories” – well its not a feature of the plugin – but you could hide it with CSS or jQuery – if you were using a dropdown then you could follow instructions here:

    Hi there

    Please look at the link I sent you. The plugin does not support hiding the first category – but there may be a work around as per the link I have sent you which you will need to implement yourself.
