How to place filters, search box, and submit button all in 1 line

Hello!

My website is http://www.ymphony.com.

Notice the filter and search area near the top of the homepage. The “Filters and Search Post” label, filters, search box, and Submit components are “stacked on top of one another”….in other words, all components are vertical.

However, I would like all those components to be horizontal…all in one line so that I can save space on the homepage.

So, I would like it to looks like this:

Filter and Search Posts <Dropdown box> <Dropdown box> <Search box> < Submit button)

Any advice? Thank you.
