    i want to make select Countries
    When is select any country , Show All City in this country !

    Can you make a selection Just Parent Taxonomy,
    When Choose any Taxonomy show all child tax !!

    If this is a test site, I think my suggestions are a good start. You need country and city on both need donor and need blood. Follow my suggestions for now?

    I think I understand, but I am not sure a single form can do what you want. It would be better to start simple and expand the concept.

    To begin, I think you need a form with just need-blood. But, you need to add custom fields to need-blood. Country and City, and enter the details for each post. These need to be separate fields, and not a single taxonomy, as you have now.

    As we progress, we can expand the functionality. Starting small to build bigger.
