    Hello again Ross, we are trying out the new S&F 2.0 and it works out great, I only have one issue, apparently in the new version, the simbol # is identified in the search as a code rather than a text, or so we believe…

    the problem here is that our product name is accompanied by a hashtag, ex.- #998 and in the new version this hashtag makes a command and omits everything else after it. And brings every single product in the data base.

    Was this not an issue in teh previous version also? I don’t think the logic for the search box has changed

    Hello Ross, thanks for your response, this wasn´t and issue before, this worked fine for us, in fact this solved the problem we had for making the search more relevant when searching products with sku which only carried numbers…

    Gerardo, as per the email, this is to be expected (version number).

    Can you provide the link to the search form where the # is not working?
