    Hi Ross

    Now I’m able to download the plugin with that credentials. My question is can we use that plugin search in wordpress admin dashboard as well?

    Like in posts tab from dashboard, if I want to filter the posts by author name is it possible?

    Hi Mounica

    All support should be done through the account holder. Please use the other account to open tickets in thee future (we – forum moderators – get a big warning saying you do not have an active license and we cannot offer support).

    To answer your question – I’m afraid not, we don’t allow filtering of admin pages.
