Its so confusing. i have posted a post here for my query and cant able to find that here now to see if the response has been added by you guys or not .
cant just there be a menu link in my account see all of the tickets i have created .
this is so time consuming and i am still not able to find that .
i want to see all the tickets i have created for my issues and the replies i got .
