Great to speak with you Shahid. To summarize, rather than use the Post Type control, you are going to add a Post Meta to each of the two Post Types and use that to (selecting the correct term per post) filter the post types. Note, that, for new, and edited, posts, you can automate the term selection from functions.php with a function hooking in to the WordPress save_post() function, where you would find the post type of the post, and save the term data accordingly.
