    I’m trying to create a filter for realty that shows only existing properties by state, and county.
    However when I change the State, all of the Counties still show.

    I created two custome taxonomies, one for State and one for County. I have both Auto Count fields checked, and Hide Empty is checked for both State and County fields. I’ve also double-checked the Porfolio Items and made sure that only one state is selected and one County is selected for each. I can’t see anything else that would be causing it.

    It might be because you have Field relationships set to OR. Set this to AND.
