    What I meant was, did the theme have (and still have) a page with the same posts, that looks much as you want the results of our searching to, using a standard (or modified by you) non-search results page?

    Like a blog page would on a normal site. I do not mean php template files. A simple archives page for this post type with that grid on?

    If you have tried to set the page title according to the guide in our documentation, but it does not work, then most likely it means that your theme has taken control of that. Therefore you would need to figure out how to do it within your theme, or ask the author.

    Again, where you saw the code in our template to show the number of posts, if copying that did not work, it may be because your theme is not using a standard WordPress query. If a normal theme search shows the number of posts found, look in the template that results page uses and find the php they are using to display the number found.
