Hey Matthew,
The results shortcode must appear on the same page as the search form itself, so that when you use the search form, it knows where to load the results…
Just so you know (and sorry the admin section should be clearer) but when using a shortcode to display the results some settings are not being applied – one of them is the slug.
This is because, when you use the shortcode, it uses the slug of the current page, where the shortcode is displayed…
So if you create a regular page called – my search results – with a slug of “my-search-page”, then your search and results will automatically be performed at this URL (yoursite.com/my-search-page)
Is this what you mean?
Thanks
Ross Moderator(Private) August 26, 2014 at 1:26 pm #3963Hey Matthew apologies its been a bank holiday here in the uk which means no one went to work for the last 3 days, I’ll be going through all the support ticket backlog today and hopefully get some answers a little later on.
Thanks

Just getting back to it now,
Have you tried a widget manager or sidebar manager plugin? This will allow you to only show specific widgets on specific pages, which might help with your scenario above?
Thanks
RossAnonymous(Private) September 11, 2014 at 11:38 pm #4577Hi Ross,
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Thank you for your response.
The limited response I was getting have stopped now. I am hoping this is fixed in the upgrade I see, is there a download link? If I upload directly via FTP will this enable me to keep the current forms in place.
I appreciate you have a lot going on at the moment, if I can try upgrading and see if that eliminates that route before detailing my further issues.
Many Thanks,

If you have activated your license you should see the upgrade in your plugins page in your WP dashboard?
Let me know
Thanks
RossAnonymous(Private) September 15, 2014 at 5:26 pm #4682Hi Ross,
No the option to upgrade the plugin within the plugin menu is not showing.
If I go directly into the Search and Filter Option itself I see that the license is showing as active.
Appreciate you have a lot going on, thank you for your assistance. I hope we get this working.
